1. The Service
DayZ Hub ("the Service") is a Discord bot and web dashboard offering community-management features for DayZ game servers — welcome messages, support tickets, member verification, entry questions, rules, suggestions, polls, giveaways, announcements, vote tracking, Workshop update alerts, streamer go-live alerts and live server status. It is operated by an individual based in the Netherlands.
2. Eligibility
- You must meet Discord's minimum age in your country (at least 13) to use the Service.
- You must have the necessary permissions ("Manage Server") on any Discord server you add the bot to.
3. Plans & Payments
- DayZ Hub offers a free tier plus Premium 1, Premium 2, and Premium 3 — monthly subscriptions billed via PayPal that renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each paid plan covers one Discord server. Running premium features on additional servers requires a subscription per server.
- Prices are shown in EUR on the billing page; any applicable tax is determined at checkout. Prices may change with notice, but changes never affect an already-paid period.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account; premium features remain active until the end of the paid period.
- If a subscription lapses or the bot is removed, your configuration is kept for about 3 days before being permanently erased — re-subscribe or re-add within that window to restore everything.
- Refunds for unused time are handled case-by-case — contact us.
5. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
As a digital service, DayZ Hub begins immediately once your subscription is active. By subscribing you expressly request that performance begins right away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the subscription is active, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not affect your other statutory consumer rights.
6. Acceptable Use
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You may not use the Service to spam, harass, or distribute illegal content, or to abuse, reverse-engineer or bypass plan restrictions.
- We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, payment fraud, or breach of these terms.
7. Availability & Liability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; check dayzhub.work/status for live status.
- The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Trademarks & affiliation
DayZ Hub is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive (the maker of DayZ) or Discord Inc. "DayZ" and "Discord" are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts — without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the support Discord, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
