Post a public New Suggestion panel in Discord, collect community ideas in a voting channel, and move finished decisions into approved or denied channels. Admins can still submit suggestions manually from the dashboard whenever they need to.

How it works

Up and running in minutes

Choose the four channels

In Dashboard → Suggestions, set Submit Suggestion, Suggestion Community View, Approved Suggestions, and Denied Suggestions channels. Prefer a Discord forum channel instead? Turn on Forum Mode and point it at a Forum channel — each suggestion becomes its own thread, no separate channels needed.

Set reviewer roles

Add the role IDs allowed to approve or deny suggestions. Server admins keep access automatically.

Post the public panel

Click Post Suggestion Panel to Channel (or Post Pinned Panel to Forum). Members use the Discord button to open the suggestion form.

Review and route ideas

New suggestions appear in the community view with voting. Reviewers approve or deny them — with an optional reason, shown to the member — and the bot sends the result to the right channel (or archives the thread, in Forum Mode). Changed your mind? Reopen an approved or denied suggestion from the dashboard to put it back to a live vote.
