How do I add DayZ Hub to my server?▾
Click Add to Discord at the top of any page, pick your server, and approve the permissions. The bot joins instantly and your dashboard unlocks right away — the first-run guide walks you through the essentials (Tickets on Free; Welcome and Verify too on Premium 1+) in about two minutes.
Do I need to know how to code?▾
No. Everything is configured from the web dashboard — pick channels, toggle features, write your messages. If you can fill out a form, you can run DayZ Hub.
Do I have to join the DayZ Hub Discord?▾
Yes — every server owner using the bot (including the Free plan) must be a member of the
DayZ Hub Discord. It's where support tickets, update announcements, and the feature FAQ live. If you leave, you'll get a grace period to rejoin before the bot pauses on your server.
How many servers can I run DayZ Hub on?▾
Two servers per owner. Your first server can be on any plan, including Free — a second server requires its own paid plan (Premium 1, 2, or 3).
What languages does the bot speak?▾
Six: English, Portuguese, German, French, Spanish and Russian. Set your server's language once in dashboard Settings and every bot reply follows it (Premium 2+).
Can my staff manage the dashboard without my account?▾
Yes — Team Access (Premium 1+) lets you invite team members to your dashboard with per-feature permissions. Premium 1 includes 2 seats; Premium 2 and Sponsor include 5. Find it under Management → Team.
How does Group Finder work — forum or text channel?▾
Either works. Point Group Finder at a forum channel and every recruitment call becomes its own thread; point it at a regular text channel and it posts as a message instead — no extra setup either way. You choose how long a post stays open (1–30 days) and, optionally, a role to ping whenever a new one goes up. Available on Premium 2+ — find it under Dashboard → Group Finder.
What do the plans cost?▾
Free — €0 forever, with a single-button Tickets panel and the Donation Shop. Premium 1 — €2.99/mo, Welcome & Goodbye, Verify with Steam Link, the full Tickets suite, and the public server directory listing. Premium 2 — €4.99/mo, everything in Premium 1 plus the full Discord suite. Premium 3 — €6.99/mo, everything plus the DayZ-native integrations (live status, workshop alerts, patch notes and more). Annual billing is also available at a discount on the billing page.
How do I pay, and is it secure?▾
All payments run through PayPal subscriptions — we never see or store your card details. You can pay with a PayPal balance or any card PayPal accepts.
How do I cancel my subscription?▾
Any time, in two clicks: dashboard → Billing → cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — no partial lock-in, no questions asked. You can also cancel directly from your PayPal account.
What happens to my setup if I downgrade or cancel?▾
Your configuration is kept — nothing is deleted right away. Features above your new plan simply pause until you upgrade again. If a subscription lapses entirely, you get a notice period before any data cleanup happens, and re-subscribing in time restores everything as it was.
What is the Bot Identity add-on?▾
White-label the bot: rename it so it appears as your community's own bot in your member list and every message. Included with Premium 3; Premium 1 and Premium 2 servers can add it for €1.50/mo. Manage it under Management → Bot Identity.
What are the donation shop fees?▾
The shop is available on every plan — the platform fee scales with your tier: Free 7% · Premium 1 5% · Premium 2 3% · Premium 3 1.5%. Payouts go straight to your own PayPal; DayZ Hub never holds your money.
Can I get a refund?▾
Refunds are handled case by case — open a support ticket in the
Discord with your order details and we'll sort it out with you directly.
