Licences, server IPs, versions, refunds and support for DayzHUB Mods.
What happens if the licence is missing or wrong?
A licensed mod stops your server when there is no valid licence for that server IP, and the server log says why. Add the IP under My mods and start again. Being unable to reach our website is a different case: a server that was already confirmed keeps running (the check is retried every hour, for up to 12 hours), and a server that was never confirmed gets a 10-minute start window.

每个付费模组对每个服务器 IP（任意端口）都有自己的许可证。在 My mods 中添加服务器的公网 IP，生成文件并放入 $profile:DayzHUB\Licenses\。如果许可证无效，模组会停止服务器，并显示带有模组名称的提示；Ticket 只会暂停自己的功能。
Can I change my server IP?
Yes. Change it under My mods; you can change it again 7 days after the last change, and the old IP keeps working for 48 hours.

付费模组尚未发售。请关注 DayzHUB Discord 获取发布消息。发售后，你在 My mods 中一次购买，并为每个服务器 IP 生成一份许可证。
Which DayZ versions are supported?
支持的 DayZ 版本会在每个模组发布时写在其页面上。更新在整个大版本内均已包含；修复补丁始终免费。
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under our refund policy (see the Terms). A refunded purchase no longer covers a server IP.

许可证、更新和退款如何运作
- 每个模组、每个服务器 IP（任意端口）一份许可证，在该 IP 存续期间有效。你在 My mods 中生成，并把 .lic 文件放到 $profile:DayzHUB\Licenses\。
- 更多服务器：以半价为该模组添加额外的 IP 席位。
- 更改 IP 或重新生成：每个模组 30 天内最多 2 次。新文件会取代旧文件。
- 测试服务器：你拥有的每个模组可获得一个免费测试 IP，仅在你登记的 IP 上有效。
- 更新在整个大版本内均已包含。新大版本是半价（50%）升级。修复补丁始终免费。
- 退款：许可证从未激活的情况下 7 天内可退；退款会移除许可证。
- Ticket 不单独销售。若许可证无效，只会暂停工单功能，你的服务器继续运行。
- 其他所有模组：许可证无效时，服务器会显示带有模组名称的提示，并在短暂延迟后停止。拒绝会在 60 秒后重复一次，才会生效。
- 如果无法访问我们的网站，已确认的服务器最多可继续运行 12 小时。从未确认的服务器有 10 分钟的启动窗口。
- 拥有任何已授权模组即免费：DayzHUB Core 和 Link Server。
