Licences, server IPs, versions, refunds and support for DayzHUB Mods.
What happens if the licence is missing or wrong?
A licensed mod stops your server when there is no valid licence for that server IP, and the server log says why. Add the IP under My mods and start again. Being unable to reach our website is a different case: a server that was already confirmed keeps running (the check is retried every hour, for up to 12 hours), and a server that was never confirmed gets a 10-minute start window.
什麼是伺服器授權？
每個付費模組對每個伺服器 IP（任意連接埠）都有自己的授權。在 My mods 中新增伺服器的公網 IP，產生檔案並放入 $profile:DayzHUB\Licenses\。如果授權無效，模組會停止伺服器，並顯示帶有模組名稱的訊息；Ticket 只會暫停自己的功能。
Can I change my server IP?
Yes. Change it under My mods; you can change it again 7 days after the last change, and the old IP keeps working for 48 hours.
如何購買模組？
付費模組尚未發售。請關注 DayzHUB Discord 取得發布消息。發售後，你在 My mods 中一次購買，並為每個伺服器 IP 產生一份授權。
Which DayZ versions are supported?
支援的 DayZ 版本會在每個模組發布時寫在其頁面上。更新在整個大版本內均已包含；修正檔始終免費。
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under our refund policy (see the Terms). A refunded purchase no longer covers a server IP.

Ask in the DayzHUB Discord or write to [email protected] with your Discord name and the mod.
授權、更新與退款如何運作
- 每個模組、每個伺服器 IP（任意連接埠）一份授權，在該 IP 存續期間有效。你在 My mods 中產生，並把 .lic 檔案放到 $profile:DayzHUB\Licenses\。
- 更多伺服器：以半價為該模組新增額外的 IP 席位。
- 變更 IP 或重新產生：每個模組 30 天內最多 2 次。新檔案會取代舊檔案。
- 測試伺服器：你擁有的每個模組可獲得一個免費測試 IP，僅在你登記的 IP 上有效。
- 更新在整個大版本內均已包含。新大版本是半價（50%）升級。修正檔始終免費。
- 退款：授權從未啟用的情況下 7 天內可退；退款會移除授權。
- Ticket 不單獨販售。若授權無效，只會暫停工單功能，你的伺服器繼續運作。
- 其他所有模組：授權無效時，伺服器會顯示帶有模組名稱的訊息，並在短暫延遲後停止。拒絕會在 60 秒後重複一次，才會生效。
- 若無法連線到我們的網站，已確認的伺服器最多可繼續運作 12 小時。從未確認的伺服器有 10 分鐘的啟動視窗。
- 擁有任何已授權模組即免費：DayzHUB Core 與 Link Server。
